Order Processing All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Important We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by the carrier. We recommend, however, that if you place an order during extreme weather, you make yourself available to receive your package so it is not left in the cold or exposed to other conditions. We are not responsible for products damaged or frozen after delivery. The courier service we use will deliver your package to the address you provide. We cannot be held responsible if the package is not picked up at that location, or if you provide an incorrect address. If the package is returned to us, we are not responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred. We are not responsible for items stolen from an order after it has been delivered.
